Returns

Of course every hg product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. But if, for any reason, you need to return your hg product, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.

PHASE 1 - FILL IN THE RETURN FORM

Please fill in the returns form that you can download below. This will help you to provide us with the details that will make your return process as fast and simple as possible.

PHASE 2 - PREPARING THE PACKAGE

Place your hg product into secure packaging, the original packaging and its contents are not needed.

In the package you will also need to include:

  • A copy of your proof purchase *Original paperwork will be destroyed and not returned
  • The printed Return Form
  • Attach the pre paid postage label to the outer of the package

PHASE 3 - SENDING THE PACKAGE

We highly recommend that you use a registered insured delivery service. This will allow you to keep track of your package.

The package should be sent to the address on the pre-paid label produced at the end of the returns form process.

Will I have to pay for my styler to be returned?

Within the warranty period we will cover any return charges in Italy. Regrettably we are unable to cover any postage costs outside the Italy.

We highly recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This type of service will also allow you to track your package and ensure its safe return as we can not issue a refund for lost or damaged items.
Regrettably we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns.
